Diana Reed Slattery, a.k.a. mazerunner. The Glide Project spirals around a central theme of the mutual evolution of language, game, and consciousness, catalyzed by psychedelic self-exploration. The project began with a novel, The Maze Game and expanded to the development of interactive software, including LiveGlide, VJ software which is Glide-writing in three dimensions, performed improvisationally in domed and flat-screen environments with musicians. A second novel, The Faithful Scribe, is in the works. The main character, RoseRose, recently broke free of all authorial control and is blogging on her own. I’m currently working on a Ph.D. with the Planetary Collegium at the University of Plymouth, UK. The working title of my thesis is Communicating the Unspeakable: Linguistic Phenomena in the Psychedelic Sphere.
